Frequently asked questions
How much is a night?
It depends on the apartment, the dates and the rate. Once you enter your dates, the price appears in the house’s own booking engine, with no intermediaries.
Why book here rather than on a booking site?
Because you deal with the house from the start: any change or request is handled directly by our team. For long stays there is a 15% discount, arranged by phone, WhatsApp or email.
How far is the Mezquita?
140 metres, about two minutes on foot. All nine apartments are in the same house, so the distance is the same for each.
Which apartments face the street and which the courtyard?
El Semicírculo, De los Góngora, La Cárcel, La Cazuela, El Mérito and El Palco face the street. Totus Mundus, De Lope and Tramoya face the inner courtyard and tend to be quieter and cooler in summer.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out by 11:00. Before check-in and after check-out you can leave your bags in the luggage room, free of charge, while reception is open.
Is there a reception? What if I arrive late?
Yes: reception is staffed from 14:00 to 21:00. It is not a 24-hour desk. If you arrive later, let us know on WhatsApp and we will send you arrival instructions. Before arrival, the online guest registration required by law must be completed.
Is breakfast included?
It depends on the rate you choose: some rates include breakfast and some do not. It is served at the Patio de las Comedias, the house’s own tavern, on the Calleja de las Flores.
Can I arrive by car? Where do I park?
Not to the door: the Jewish Quarter is a restricted pedestrian zone. There is a loading bay in Plaza Agrupación de Cofradías, Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 11:00, and several car parks 7 to 15 minutes away on foot. Details are on the Location page.
Can I cancel?
It depends on the rate. There is a non-refundable rate and a flexible one, with free cancellation up to the date the booking engine shows before you pay.
Do they all have a kitchen?
Yes. All nine have a kitchen and a sitting area; in the studios, the kitchen and bed share one room.
Is there a lift? Is there an accessible apartment?
Yes, the house has a lift. El Semicírculo, on the ground floor, is adapted for guests with reduced mobility.
Are pets allowed?
No.
Is there wifi?
Yes, free throughout the house.
